Villa Zita stands privately on a separate hillside terrace, about thirty metres away from Villa Marianthi. A large walled courtyard separates the two villas and ensures that one does not overlook the other. Villa Zita has spectacular sea views and is just over one kilometre from the seaside village of Nissaki.
Built of stone, the villa has a surrounding landscape of olive trees and above, the foothills of Mount Pantokrator.
Views from the villa’s balconies and terraces are dramatic and uninterrupted. Across Barbati Bay and out to sea, distant ferries pass Greece and Albania’s mountainous coastline. To the south, Corfu’s eastern coastline stretches all the way down to the Venetian fortifications of Corfu Town. Villa Zita has spacious and elegantly furnished interiors with modern standards of comfort. All rooms open out to sea-facing terraces, which are partly shaded. An intimate dining and barbecue area is close to the pool terrace.
