Phoebe is a large, traditional island house which has been converted with care to produce a beautiful private home. From its hillside position, about ten minutes’ walk away from Kioni waterfront, the house’s large flagstoned verandah and balcony provide spectacular views across silver olive trees and Kioni Bay.

A general store, at the top of the hill, is within a ten minute walk. Bathing can be enjoyed either in Kioni Bay or from several beaches on the other side of the hill towards Frikes.

A eucalyptus and an almond tree give shade to the verandah while the bedroom balconies catch the sun for most of the day.
