Villa Helios offers privacy in spacious grounds of stone terraces and lawns with spectacular views out to sea. The villa stands on a hilltop at Cape Liakas, which looks up to Mount Aenos and down over the surrounding valleys of
olive groves and across the sea to the island of Zakynthos.

Villa Helios is modern, comfortably furnished and well equipped and provides peaceful seclusion and ample areas for shade.  The little village of Spartia is a five minute drive and there is a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village.

Accommodation:  All the bedrooms and the sitting room open out on to balconies and terraces with sea views. Ground floor: open-plan sitting room and kitchen with three sets of patio doors leading to a covered sea-facing terrace; w.c. First floor: two double bedrooms, one with en suite

Amenities: nearby Spartia village has two minimarkets and three tavernas. Three more tavernas, two specialising in locally caught fish dishes, are close to the beach below. Trapezaki beach is a drive of twenty minutes as is Argostoli, the island’s capital. Watersports are available at Lassi, a twenty minute drive, and there is a  tennis court at Liakas Horio, half a kilometre from the villas. The Mycenaean tombs of Mazarakata are a ten minute drive away.
