Villa Nondas is set on a hillside of olive trees overlooking Vathy Bay. A private driveway leads from the road, which connects Vathy and the small medieval town of Paliochora – once the island’s capital, to the private grounds of the villa.

The views from the front terraces and sitting room balcony are over the tops of olive trees, the houses on the Vathy waterfront and across the beautiful bay. The villa is not overlooked, is surrounded by olive groves and has a traditional island design with spacious and comfortably furnished interiors.

Vathy is just an eight minute walk away. The attractive waterfront and narrow backstreets hold a varied selection of tavernas, café bars, supermarkets, bakeries and greengrocers.

Car hire is recommended for those wanting to explore the island and boat hire, available on the waterfront, is an enjoyable way to reach beaches outside Vathy Bay.

Villa Nondas has a wonderful vantage point for watching the arrival and departure of yachts and ferries below.
