Villa Elia is set amongst hillside olive groves below the inland road leading to Loggos, which is a distance of one and a half kilometres.

The views from the front terrace are stunning and no other house can be seen. Looking over the coastal hillsides of olive and cypress trees and across the sea to the mainland of Greece, one can follow the progress of fishing boats, yachts and ferries. At night the tiny lights of mainland villages add a dramatic touch to Elia’s private lookout.

An entrance terrace with pink oleanders and olive trees, a part shaded sea-facing terrace and a side terrace with a barbecue and dining area allow one to relax in shade or sun all day. The pool terrace has a large olive tree to provide a shaded sitting area.
