Thalassa was the Goddess of the seas and in Greek the word means “sea”.
As tourism takes a greater hold on the Greek islands it becomes more difficult to find total privacy and peaceful seclusion. Villa Thalassa has no other houses in view and has beautiful, natural surroundings of olive, pine and cypress trees with the sea directly below.

The villa is on a hillside above Phykia beach (a walk of five minutes through the olive groves), which is just a few bays north of Loggos port. The private access track leads from a country lane through the small, sleepy hamlet of Dendiatika.

Completed in 2008, Villa Thalassa is a spacious home with modern facilities and has bedroom balconies and a pool terrace to look out over the sea. Stunning views take in the cliffs of southern Corfu and the Greek mainland.

Thalassa will appeal to those not wanting neighbours and to be within a short walk of a pretty beach, backed by olive groves.

Amenities: the shops, tavernas and nearby beaches of Loggos are a drive of ten minutes. Using the old footpaths and donkey steps through olive groves, a walk to Loggos would take around twenty-five minutes.
