Villa Effi is a modern house with a hilltop location amongst olive groves and enjoys peaceful seclusion.

On a secluded hillside, at a central point of the island, Effi looks out over cypress and olive trees to the sea on Paxos’ west coast.

Attractively tiled terraces, bordered by a profusion of colourful plants, provide a shaded escape from the sun and lead to a lower level pool terrace with areas to sunbathe and more spectacular views to sea.

As a modern and spacious home, Villa Effi has all the comforts and facilities important to those wanting to spend most of their holiday close to a private pool. Here there is a special spot to follow the setting sun.

Due to Villa Effi’s elevated position, we do not recommend it for families with very young children.

The nearest beach is just below the dramatic cliffs of Erimitis on the west coast - a drive of five minutes. Dinghy sailing & windsurfing at Monodendri beach. Boat hire at Gaios or Loggos
